Cathy Zhang

Regulatory Manager

Cathy Zhang is a Regulatory Manager at Fonterra with over 10 years' experience in the dairy industry. She currently holds a Deputy Chair role within the Standing Committee on Standards of Identity and Labelling and leads the Food Additives Task Force. She has attended several Codex meetings as part of the New Zealand national delegation for CCFA, CCFL, and CCNFSDU, and is passionate about improving the quality and uptake of international standards for the dairy industry.
