Full Summit Registration Fees

* Student rates are only applicable to individuals who will be full-time students in a tertiary institution at the time of the Summit commencement in November 2026. Proof of student status will need to be provided at the time of registration. Without this, the full registration rates will apply.

Please note only UN member states are eligible to attend. Full list can be found here.

Full registration fees include:

• All Summit sessions
• Access to the Exhibition 
• Morning, lunch, and afternoon catering during scheduled breaks
• Welcome Reception
• Options for sponsored breakfast symposias (Tuesday and Wednesday)

Day Registration Fees include:

• Summit sessions on the day of registration
• Access to the Exhibition on the day of registration 
• Morning, lunch, and afternoon catering during scheduled breaks on the day of registration.
• Options for sponsored breakfast symposias on the day of registration (Tuesday and Wednesday)

Registration Terms and Conditions

• Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Summit.
• All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%. 
• If you cancel your registration on or prior to Monday 14 September 2026 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of NZ$150. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
• In the event that your visa is declined, you will be eligible to receive a refund, less the administration fees.
