Block bookings have been made at select hotels close to the venue, the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC). Special rates (GST inclusive) have been negotiated. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.

MAKING A RESERVATION

Bookings should be made during your registration by Wednesday 7 October 2026. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation, a credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking.  The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified in the terms, conditions and cancellation policies.

CHANGING YOUR RESERVATION

Please email idfwds@idfwds2026.com to advise of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct.

EARLY ACCESS

If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.
