Charlotte Rutherford is Director of Sustainability at Fonterra, where she leads the Co-operative's sustainability strategy. With more than 20 years' experience in the dairy sector, she has helped embed sustainability across the value chain, from on-farm practices to global customer partnerships. Charlotte has led Fonterra's Sustainability Roadmap and championed world leading farm-level data to drive measurable outcomes, creating value, resilience and long-term prosperity for New Zealand dairy.
