Dr Sarah Glyn-Jones

Dr Sarah Glyn‑Jones is an R&D leader with a long-standing focus on dairy, nutrition, and advanced ingredients. Her career spans roles in New Zealand, the UK, the Netherlands, and the USA, including research positions at Cambridge and Harvard and senior leadership roles at Danone and Fonterra. She has spent more than 18 years guiding scientific teams, managing innovation portfolios, and supporting organizations through periods of change. Sarah brings a balance of scientific depth and practical delivery and is committed to developing people and strengthening partnerships across the food and research sectors. She currently leads R&D activities for Fonterra.
