Jhin Bagchi

Environmental Projects Lead

Jhin holds a Master of Advanced Renewable and Sustainable Energy Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Pharmaceutical Science from Monash University. She has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and dairy manufacturing sectors, focusing on energy optimization and waste reduction in various roles within operations and engineering capital projects. Currently, as the Environmental Projects Lead at Dairy Australia, Jhin oversees post-farm gate environmental programs aimed at waste mitigation, recycling, packaging, and energy efficiency, driving environmental outcomes for the dairy industry.
