Chief Growth & Strategy Officer

Elisa was appointed Fonterra's Chief Growth and Strategy Officer in June 2026. She leads the integration of Fonterra’s market and product priorities with portfolio choices, innovation and global new business development, helping accelerate growth for the Co-op. Elisa joined Fonterra in 2019 and has held leadership roles spanning marketing, strategy and innovation. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President, Global Ingredients Growth, responsible for the delivery of Fonterra’s Ingredients and Trading plan.
