Prof Thom Huppertz

Research Fellow

Prof. Thom Huppertz is a Research Fellow at FrieslandCampina in the Nettherlands and Professor of Dairy Research and Innovation at University College Cork in Ireland. In addition, he holds appointments as a Visiting Professor at Jiangnan University in China and Victoria University in Australia and is the Editor-in-Chief of International Dairy Journal. His career covers multidisciplinary academic and industrial dairy research themes at key frontiers where he explores the complexities of dairy science and technology, nutrition and health and sustainable food systems.
