You’ll then step into the heart of our Cream Plant to discover how our iconic butter and cream cheese are crafted. The experience concludes at the Te Rapa Transport Depot, where you’ll gain a behind‑the‑scenes understanding of how milk collection keeps our entire operation moving. The session will provide insight into Tetra Pak’s ongoing operational and strategic support to Fonterra, illustrating its role in enhancing site performance and supporting future development.

Following the Te Rapa visit Pentair welcomes you for an exclusive behind-the-scenes visit to their Südmo southern hemisphere manufacturing facility, a global center of excellence for hygienic process valve solutions. You will gain insight into the design, engineering, and production of advanced valve technologies and combined innovation from both Sudmo Germany and Sudmo NZ, that support dairy processors around the world in achieving greater efficiency, product quality, and sustainability.
 
Visitors will see how innovative hygienic process valve solutions are manufactured and learn about their critical role in dairy applications, including milk processing, ingredient handling, product transfer, and process optimization. The tour offers a unique opportunity to connect manufacturing with the practical challenges and opportunities facing the global dairy industry.
